Eddy 91 Inc. is a manufacturer of lightweight industrial tools serving the remodeling and renovation industries. The tools are intended for the preparation of floor coverings. We manufacture our products at our facilities in Nicolet, QC and sell them worldwide. Our main export markets are the United States, Europe, Japan and Australia. We have a sister company in Florida serving all our U.S. customers.   Currently, we are hiring a shipping and receiving clerk to join our team in Nicolet.  The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the receipt and delivery of the goods. In addition, keep the inventory orderly and functional. It responds to the production requests, organizes with carriers and takes care of the handling of incoming/outgoing parts and products.     Responsibilities: - Receiving/shipping attendant:

• Carry out the receipt of the goods in the computerized system,
• Verify and identify the quantity and condition of the goods received,
• Classification of the parts in the right order,
• Loading and unloading using a forklift or pallet truck, if necessary.

-Process requests received from the team and supplies corresponding to their request.

• Maintain the inventory, verifying the accuracy and ensuring the maintenance of the quantities required for the smooth running of operations,
• Forward documents received and completed purchase orders for billing.
• Prepare orders, pack items for shipment, complete shipping documents and have them forwarded to the relevant department, coordinate transportation for pickup.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception,
• Be physically able to lift heavy crates.
• Perform any other related tasks.

- Technical support to customers as part of customer service   Competencies:

• Demonstrate a good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Knowledge of integrated management systems (ERP) will be considered an asset
• Have a sense of organization and responsibility
• Be a good communicator; punctual; autonomous and action-oriented; versatile and flexible.
